Terms and Conditions - Mojowoods Wood Buyer's Club Membership
1. Membership: The Mojowoods Wood Buyer's Club (hereinafter referred to as "the Club") is available to individuals and businesses in Texas who wish to pre-purchase wood products through membership.
2. Membership Fees: By joining the Club, members agree to pay the specified membership fee, which will be used to pre-purchase wood on their behalf.
3. Email Communication: Members will receive an email notification once a quarter, informing them of the available wood products for purchase. It is the responsibility of the member to regularly check their email and ensure their contact information is up to date.
4. Ordering: After receiving the quarterly email, members will have a period of 30 days to place their orders. Orders can be placed through the designated online platform, following the provided instructions.
5. Supply Pick-up: Once an order is placed, the member has 90 days from the date of the order procurement to the premises of Mojowoods LLC to pick up the member's wood supply. It is the member's responsibility to arrange transportation and ensure the availability of suitable storage for the wood products.
6. Forfeiture of Unpicked Products: After the 90-day pick-up period expires, any wood products that have not been collected by the member can be forfeited back to Mojowoods. No refunds or credits will be given for unpicked products.
7. Product Availability: While Mojowoods strives to maintain a consistent supply, availability of specific wood products may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, market demands, or unforeseen circumstances. Members acknowledge and understand this possibility.
8. Pricing: The Club members will benefit from preferred pricing, as determined by Mojowoods. However, pricing may be subject to change based on market conditions or other factors. Members will be notified of any price adjustments prior to placing an order.
9. Membership Termination: Mojowoods reserves the right to terminate any membership if a member violates the terms and conditions, engages in fraudulent activities, or acts in a manner that is detrimental to the integrity and reputation of the Club and Mojowoods.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
11. Free Delivery is restricted to a 60 mile radius of the City of Austin city limits. Free Delivery is only to be completed with a minimum of 7 day request and acceptance for delivery time and day by the member.
By joining the Mojowoods Wood Buyer's Club, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
